Extended Description Straw must be clean, bright straw, and free from foreign matter. All deliveries are subject to inspect and acceptance. All deliveries shall be F.O.B. destination. Some deliveries might require additional labor and/or equipment (i.e. loaders, spreaders, etc...) for the unloading and placement of products at no additional expense to the Commonwealth; specifically bulk deliveries. Deliveries may be scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm local time (excluding and state holidays), but need to be coordinated with the receiving location to ensure availability of the personnel for receiving.
