Main sewer lines replacement for the following addresses: 520-B Teakwood Lane 530-B Sequoia Lane 531-A Sequoia Lane Remove old clean out and service lines and replace with new double PVC sch 40 sewer service system. Sewer service lines specifications: 1. All service lines must be 4 inches in diameter. 2. All service lines will be connected to the city main by wye and coupling fittings or wye saddles. 3. Double clean out is required at the connection where the sewer leaves the building and one single clean out preparation at the end of the connection with the main sewer line. 4. Sewer service lines must be minimum of PVC sch 40. 5. All pipes shall be laid on a bed of dirt, with a properly water flow. The contractor must inspect the area for accurate measures. The contractor will be responsible for all collect and dispose of all debris properly to landfill. City of Laredo will not pay for landfill fees. Time frame to perform this job is 15 days. The contractor must secure all building permits for this job. 1-year warranty parts and labor.
