The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) invites firms pre-qualified on the 2021 Regional Planning Bench in Service Categories 2: Engagement and Outreach and/or 8: Environment and Resilience and the 2020 Equity Bench in Service Category E: Environmental Justice to apply for this project MTC seeks to hire a consultant to assist with the Priority Conservation Area (PCA) Refresh Project, which involves engaging in a broad-based, multi-partner and multi-stakeholder effort to analyze and improve the PCA planning framework and program to incorporate a wider range of policy concerns into the planning framework, especially resilience to climate hazards, equity, and access to parks and open space, among others. The consultant shall assist with outreach, partner engagement, data and mapping, research and report production, and other tasks.
