The project includes clearing, demolition, erosion and sediment control, water pollution control, grading, construction of public streets including hot mix asphalt (HMA) concrete pavement, storm sewers, curb, gutter and sidewalk. The project also includes the extension of Tulalip Utilities for both water mains and sanitary sewers. The project includes a park, associated amenities, landscaping and street lighting. Other site improvements include trenching and accommodations for other private utilities, the construction of bioretention swales, installation of a w'ater quality treatment device and the construction of a stormwater detention pond. Hermosa Heights - Schedule B -- Utility Connections: Schedule B provides necessary extensions of existing Tulalip U tilities including storm sewer, water main, and sanitary sewer for connection to the site utilities included in Schedule A. This work will include jacking and boring under Marine Drive and connecting the utilities to existing facilities on the south side of Marine Drive and near 42nd Drive NW. The projects are located on the Tulalip Indian Reservation. Native American Preference related to contracting, subcontracting, and suppliers in the proj- ect is required and must meet The Tulalip Code, Chapter 9.05.
