Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Red Hook, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The work consists of acquisition and installation of a generator at the Town Hall and acquisition and installation of a generator at the warming/cooling center at Red Hook Community Center. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. Bids must be accompanied by certified check or approved surety bond in the sum of 5% of the amount bid. Prevailing Wage Rates as determined by the NYS Department of Labor under the provisions of New York State Labor Law, as amended, apply to this project. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and re-advertise.
