Per the owner, as of January 8, 2024, this solicitation has been awarded. The owner states that the project is currently unde3r CEQA comment period and no funding has been secured for the right-of-way/construction phases. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ……………….. Scope of work will include alternative designs, Right-of-Way plan, and final design bid package for the Santa Venetia Levee Upgrade Project to bring the project to shovel-ready status. Question Submittal Date: 05/18/22 Firms requesting clarification pertaining to this RFQ/RFP shall submit all requests to Felix Meneau at: fmeneau@marincounty.org or (415) 473-3223. The District will respond to questions and provide answers to all bidders. Questions must be submitted no later than Wednesday May 18, 2022, by 4:30 p.m. We will post answers to the extent possible by Tuesday, May 24, 2022. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all SOQs received as a result of this request, to negotiate with any qualified Consultant, or to modify or cancel in part or in its entirety the RFQ/P if it is in the best interests of the District to do so. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. As of May 12, 2022, the due date and time has been confirmed with the owner.
