The City of San Antonio is seeking proposals from qualified respondents interested in furnishing all supervision, labor, transportation, tools, equipment, expertise and supplies necessary to perform thorough cleaning and dusting services of interior and exterior areas that are six (6) ft. and higher from the floor/ground surface. The services will be utilized by the Building and Equipment Services Department (BESD) at various locations located throughout the City of San Antonio. These services are required to establish a presentable appearance of the designated surfaces that will ensure the facilities are consistently attractive and orderly for City staff and the general public who frequently utilize the facilities. The required services must be performed at regular scheduled intervals, and Service Reports shall be submitted upon the completion of the work for High Dusting and Cleaning services that are performed at each location.
