For furnishing of Landscaping Feasibility Study. Proposals must be in full accordance with the enclosed Scope of Work. Question Cutoff Date: 5/11/2022 12:00 PM (ET) In accordance with state statute, MCL 129.201, the successful BIDDER will be required to furnish a payment bond and performance surety bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract. These bonds should accompany the Acknowledgement and must be in the form included with the Purchase Order. The BWL reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, waive irregularities or technicalities in any Proposal, and accept any Proposal in whole or in part, which in the opinion of the BWL, is in its best interest. The BWL does not limit the methods or factors to be used for evaluation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
