**As of 6/1/2022 Project was awarded to Flowtech P.C.S award amount $180,310.53. The scope of this project will be to provide all the labor, materials, tools and equipment, permits, insurance and bonding necessary, but not limited to, the REMOVAL of existing and installation of the Lone Peak Park pumping system to include, skid, pumps, motors, control, communication all items required to make operational per the specification. This is a formal solicitation of bids, which will be reviewed to determine that the functional requirements of Sandy City are met. The Sandy City shall be the sole judge as to which bid constitutes the lowest, responsive, and responsible. An award will be made after the appropriate approvals are received.
