The Town of Shellbrook is requesting Vendors to provide pricing for the following: Sewer Rehabilitation standard features included in the pricing. Separate pricing for all optional features listed must be provided in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of this Tender. This Tender provides Sewer Rehabilitation services for the 2022 calendar year, with an optional yearly extension to 2023, 2024 and 2025. The Contractor must supply all Labour, Material, Equipment, and Supervision, used in the execution of this contract: Cleaning of Sewer and Storm mains. Providing of Digital Video to the CAO of all work televised. Providing a written report with sketches showing the mains photographed. Digital video is to be clearly marked with the job location or address, along with the tape count for the beginning of each specific job location or address. Immediately advising the Public Works Foreman of sewer conditions which require immediate attention. Shall operate in a safe and acceptable manner on Town streets or lanes. All vehicles involved in hauling materials to or from the jobsite shall be properly licensed and operated within the traffic regulations and load restrictions as covered by Town Traffic Bylaws or the Provincial Highways and Vehicles Act. Designated truck routes shall be used unless otherwise permitted by the Public Works Foreman. Calcite removal through hydraulic robotic methods as encountered. Re-lining of all sections of sewer as identified by the Foreman through consultation with the successful Contractor based on our previous investigation work completed, which is available upon request.
