Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Proceed with the design and implementation of Option A caged corner location bicycle parking (as outlined in feasibility study GOC3376215). This is to be located in the parking garage at 555 Mackenzie. The bicycle layout needs to be a combination of standard vertical and straight bicycle stalls with a repair tool station (as stated in the feasibility study). The wall mounted racks must be installed away from the buildings mechanical & electrical systems. Consultant to design and take into consideration the bike traffic path in/out of the property(floor painting, traffic lights..etc). Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. award is subject to final approval.
