Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wapato, Washington. Completed plans call for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and playground / park / athletic field.

For furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees thereof to construct the Parking Lot Improvements. This Contract provides for the repair of parking lots and recreational areas, including subgrade repair, planing, and HMA overlay of the bus parking lot (11,600 SY), planing and HMA overlay of the administration building parking lot (830 SY), HMA overlay of the Satus tetherball area (570 SY), HMA overlay of the Camas basketball court (1,530 SY), and other work all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Special Provisions and the Standard Specifications. The Work shall be completed between June 17, 2022 and August 26, 2022. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the Executive Director, District Office, Wapato, Washington. Proposals are to be submitted only on the form provided with the Bid Documents. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the "Wapato School District" and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount. Financing of the Project has been provided by Wapato School District, Washington. The Wapato School District expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in any Proposal.
