Renovation of a golf course in Parma, Ohio. Working plans call for the renovation of a golf course.
The City of Parma, Ohio is requesting statements of qualifications pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 9.33, et seq., from firms to provide construction manager at risk services for its Golf Course Clubhouse/Event Center Project. Interested firms may request an RFQ from Brian Waldeck at bwaldeck@cityofparma-oh.gov Questions may be directed in writing via email to Renee Guy, Director of Human Resources and Purchasing at rguy@cityofparma-oh.gov with a carbon copy to Tim Dobeck, Law Director/Chief Prosecutor at tdobeck@cityofparma-oh.gov. The Owner’s estimated total budget for the Project (including all construction costs, design fees, and construction manager at risk fees) is $9,000,000.
