As of July 11, 2022, project was awarded to OCEANIC COMPANIES, INC., awarded amount is $5,195,163.87 QUESTIONS: Vendors having questions regarding the project must submit them in writing to the Contact Person. Questions must be received no later than 10 calendar days prior to the bid closing date.The only official position of the Board of Water Supply is that which is stated in writing and issued in the solicitation as addenda thereto.Quantities listed in this solicitation are estimates. No guarantee to purchase the exact amount is intended or implied. The Board of Water Supply reserves the right to purchase larger or smaller quantities at the prices quoted in this solicitation. In the event the actual requirements are less than estimated, such failure shall not constitute grounds for adjustment under this contract. The bidder will perform, with its own organization, work amounting to not less than twenty percent (20%) of the total contract cost, exclusive of costs for materials and equipment the bidder purchases for installation by its subcontractors, except that any items designated by the Board of Water Supply in the contract as "specialty work" may be performed by a subcontract and the cost of such specialty work so performed by the subcontract may be deducted from the total contract before computing the amount of work required to be performed by the bidder with its own organization.
