Renovation of an office development in Rogersville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
Contractor can request a project bid manual by contacting the First Tennessee Development District (423/268- 2678) or vhopper@ftdd.org. Scope of Work: It will be the responsibility of the contractor to meet the requirements of the 2012 International Building Code during all phases of construction and other applicable code and/or regulations that apply to the jurisdiction where the work is being performed. All materials used on this project must be new materials installed per industry standard "Best Practices" and per all manufacturer recommended instructions. Upon submittal of his / her bid the contractor agrees to having received, reviewed and accepts the terms of the "Instructions to Bidder" and "General Conditions and Specifications." The contractor will obtain all necessary permits and inspections required by all laws, regulations, or public authority having jurisdiction. The contractor shall pay all permit fees, charges, and other expenses in connection there with this project. The contractor shall obtain certificates of installation. Any exceptions should be discussed with the project administrator. . The owner reserves the right to take out line items from the bid in order that the project is within budget.
