Yonge & Grandview Park is located on the south side of Grandview Avenue just east of the intersection with Yonge Street. The anticipated Work for this Project may include, but is not limited to the following: - Provide storm, water, and electrical services for the site from adjacent roads or existing services; - Site preparation and grading of site; - Topsoil placement and fine grading; - Concrete paving/walkways; - Planting and sodding; - Lighting and electrical service; - Site furnishings; - C.I.P. Concrete curbs, foundations and playground ramps; - Black vinyl chain link fencing; - Playground equipment and safety surfacing; and, - Shade Structure and C.I.P. concrete foundations.
