The anticipated Work for this Project may include, but is not limited to the following: - Provide storm, water, and electrical services for the site from adjacent roads or existing services; - Site preparation and grading of site; - Topsoil placement and fine grading; - Concrete paving/walkways; - Planting and sodding; - Lighting and electrical service; - Site furnishings; - C.I.P. Concrete curbs, foundations and playground ramps; - Black vinyl chain link fencing; - Playground equipment and safety surfacing; and, - Shade Structure and C.I.P. concrete foundations.
