The Department of Revenue (referred to as "DOR" or "Department") is hereby soliciting bids from qualified vendors capable of repairing the extend conveyor system, consisting of Conveyor # 1112, Door 8 - S/N 1402, Conveyor # 1212, Door 9 - S/N 1399, Conveyor # 1312, Door 10 - S/N 1404, Conveyor # 1412, Door 11 - S/N 1403, Conveyor # 1512 , Door 12 - S/N 1400 and Conveyor # 1612, Door 13 - S/N 1401 located at the Alcoholic Beverage Control Distribution Center (ABC) in Gluckstadt, Mississippi. (1) Provide personnel with personal safety equipment, including hard hat, safety vest and safety glasses. (2) Immediately notify ABC of the existence or development of any defects or required repairs. (3) Perform repair services, after hours, Thursday - Sunday, during hours agreed upon by the Department. (4) Ensure conveyor is up and running before the following Monday at 3:00 PM (CST). (5) Services shall also include the following: a. Replace drum motors as needed (P/N 52005-015) b. Replace all extend drive shaft and sprocket assemblies. c. Replace #50 chains, chain tensioners and the jack bolts that attach the master links to the frame of the conveyor. d. Replace the six (6) main electrical panels with revised electronics. e. Replace the six (6) conveyor end electrical panels with revised electronics. f. Replace belts as work is completed (Belt # 51302-190L - 18" wide x 190' - 0" L). g. Replace telescopic drive shaft assemblies (P/N 20094-000). h. Remove buildup and replace any idle rollers (P/N 20058-000)
