(l) Community Center or (2) Concrete and flatwork for entire project. Project Location: Mescalero, Otero County, New Mexico Scope- The Work consists of constructing a supportive housing complex consisting of one community building efficiency, and one-bedroom premanufactured units for the Mescalero Apache Tribe Housing Department. Structural consisting of concrete foundation cast-in-place concrete, all wood construction, three coat stucco finish, standing seam metal roof, provision for automatic sprinkler system. All new plumbing, mechanical, electrical, insulation / thermal envelope, exterior and interior finishes, cabinetry, roofing and roof drainage, doors and windows. The Site development of approximately 17.365 acres, more or less, including; waste water, domestic water systems, site grading and drainage, building pads, roadway and driveway pavement, and landscaping.
