Renovation of a municipal facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Contractors shall keep the following in consideration while bidding this project: The contractor shall demo, remove and dispose of old boiler and all related piping. The contractor shall provide and install a new four (4) million BTU boiler and necessary piping to make the unit operational. Contractor shall provide and install any insulation needed. Contractor shall connect power and gas to new boilers. Startup and test unit. Contactor shall connect new boiler to current Bac-Net communication controls The contractor shall clean up all construction debris from the construction site. Contractor shall list model of boiler and include specifications with bid response.
