The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is an agency within the Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) system. The Procurement and Contracting Services (PCS) division of HHSC administers solicitations for HHS. HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish Contract(s) for office cubicle installation and reconfiguration services. Questions or Clarifications Submission Deadline June 7, 2022 at 5:00 PM Responses to Questions or Clarifications - Addendum posted on the ESBD June 8, 2022 The term of the awarded Contract or Purchase Order will be effective on the date the Purchase Order is issued and will expire based on the schedule for delivery of services as outlined in this Solicitation or by the date or delivery days after receipt of order (ARO) provided by the Bidder. Any contract resulting from this Solicitation will have an initial term beginning date of award, and expiring August 31, 2022, with no renewal options. The HHS Agency reserves the right to accept or reject the request for a price adjustment. The Contractor will receive written notification, through a Purchase Order Change Notice or Contract Amendment, from the HHS Agency Contract Manager documenting action taken, to include effective dates, for any adjustments approved. Furniture Installation and Reconfiguration Services, Including System Furniture ransportation of Goods, Shipping and Handling, and Other Freight Services 1. Manufacture, installation, and assembly of freestanding cubicles as outlined in section "modular specifications" as noted in section (b) below. i. Contractor must have the experience of remanufacturing and installing modular furniture for a term of at least 2 years. 2. Designing the office space with workstations; shelves/cabinets for document and stationery, with consideration of office spaces for existing office equipment. 3. The contractor will submit designs, material samples, and work schedule for approval. 4. Move existing office furniture/shelves/cabinets to another existing cubicle. 5. Provide and install furniture as per Agency approved design. 6. The cubicles must be equipped with electrical, internet and telephone line outlets and a data port including accessories. 7. Work at the job site must be finished within 14 consecutive business days. 8. The contractor will be responsible for job site preparation and traffic control.
