Site work for a municipal facility in Grande Prairie, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The Contractor will be required to supply all plant, materials and labor required to regrade approximately 600 meters of existing ditch to direct surface run-off to the proposed storm water management pond located on the east side of the active landfill / transfer station area. Ditch regrading involves installation of 8 new / replacement culverts. The storm water management pond will be clay lined with a two meter high compacted berms. The pond is approximately 65 meters x 80 meters. Approximately 340 meters of existing security fencing will be removed and replaced with a 3.7 meter high trash fence as part of the construction work. Approximately 390 meters of security fencing will be installed around the proposed storm water pond. Award amount was not released for publication.
