Renovation of a mixed-use development in Highland Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and laboratory facility.
The current Bid Period 1 consists of demolition, carpentry, general trades, millwork, drywall and raough carpentry, tile, ceilings, flooring, paint, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical for the work as it relates to the Life Skills Lab renovations. Prime Trade Agreements for the Work will be assigned to the Construction Manager. All bids must be accompanied by a Cashier's Check or Bid Bond of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Base Bid made payable to Township High School District 113. Contractors shall guarantee their submitted Bid Proposal for a ninety (90) day period from the date of Bid Opening. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond for 100% of the final contract sum. Contractor's Qualifications Statement must be submitted at time of bid or already be on file with Pepper Construction. Compliance with Prevailing Wages for Lake County and all equal employment practices is required.
