Delivery and installation must be completed no later than 14 weeks after the start-up meeting. The project involves the manufacture, installation and commissioning of a dynamic display unit. The BIDDER must accompany his Bid with a bid guarantee equivalent to TEN PERCENT (10%) of the price proposed in his Bid. This bid security must be produced in one of the following forms: a) a certified cheque, money order or bank draft, made out to the ORGANIZATION; b) a bond issued by a Financial Institution, in accordance with the provisions of the model bid bond reproduced in Appendix 4.01 of the Bid Form; In addition, each bidder must have in Quebec or in a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement, an establishment where it carries out its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in its name and accessible during normal business hours. All tenders must be presented in accordance with the provisions of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (RSQ, c. C-65.1) as well as its resulting regulations.
