Piedmont Community College (PCC) is seeking proposals for the architectural and engineering services to provide a comprehensive 5-year, Facilities Master Plan. Description of Project & Background: This project will provide a 5-year, Facility Master Plan to include the Main Campus located in Roxboro, NC; and the Caswell Campus located in Yanceyville, NC. The master plan should address existing campus conditions and future growth of programs. The master plan should address renovations/retrofits, new buildings, as well as other site development, utilities, and all necessary infrastructures. The selected consultant will also be responsible for developing a capital project list and associated budgets for each project. Projected completion date is targeted for early October 2022. Applicants should have experience in educational and institutional design and be familiar with all pertinent codes and regulations related to community college facilities in North Carolina.
