Potential contractors and subcontractors must not be parties listed on the governmentwide exclusions in the System for Award Management in accordance with 2 CFR 18o which implements Executive Orders 12549 and12689 "Debarment and Suspension." Neither the United States nor any of its departments, agencies or employees is or will be a party of any contract awarded pursuant to this invitation to bid.
