The term of this request for proposal is for three (3) years from date of award, with an option to be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year terms McMaster University intends to select a company that will provide continuous inspection and maintenance coverage services for the five chillers located at our utility plant. The Successful Proponent must be able to provide emergency response service on campus within 60 minutes. The scope of this work is defined within the RFP document. Proponent must have the requisite experience, resources, qualifications, plant and capacity to successfully meet the objectives of the RFP over the long term, by providing quality services to McMaster University on an on-going basis. McMaster University therefore requests that each Proponent provide detailed information that clearly demonstrates the Proponent's qualifications, experience, and resources available to deliver exceptional results to McMaster University within the requisite timeframe. McMaster University reserves the right to disqualify any proponent proposal that do not meet the above requirements.
