As of June 30, 2022, project has been awarded to Dolomite Products Co., with an awarded amount of $101,249.85 The undersigned, Highway Superintendent, in and for the Town of Florence, hereby requests sealed bids for furnishing and applying the following items on various road projects within the Town of Florence, per New York State Department of Transportation. Specifications dated September 28, 1992 including all addenda. MODIFIED BINDER The specifications are now on file in the Town Clerk's office. Bid results will be posted in the Town Clerk's bulletin board immediately following the meeting. Bids will be awarded upon determination by the Town Board. The Florence Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. 1) 2" Asphalt Concrete Type 3 Modified Binder, approximately .45 miles, 18 feet wide, on Metott Road, with three (3) rebates. Total estimated quantity of Type 3 Modified Binder is 499 tons. 2) 2" Asphalt Concrete Type 3 Modified Binder, approximately .50 miles, 20 feet wide, on VanBuren Road, with two (2) rebates. Total estimated quantity of Type 3 Modified Binder is 638 tons.
