Site work and paving for a civil project in Healdsburg, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Specific sections of the Geysers pipeline alignment along Pine Flat Road are in need of slope stabilization improvements. Due to the critical nature of the Geysers pipeline infrastructure, a geotechnical study was performed that prioritized and assessed risk in terms of location. This project will address the locations determined to have the highest risk of slope failure. Improvements will include retaining walls, drainage improvements, roadway rehabilitation and permanent subsurface monitoring facilities. The project is included in the City of Santa Rosa's FY 2021-2026 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of May 2, 2022, information regarding a design team or a general contractor is not available. Funding is anticipated in fiscal years 2022 to 2024.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
