The main objective of this effort include: 1. Collection System Masterplan Update - Capacity evaluation using calibrated hydraulic model including considerations for growth and infill. This will confirm needed sizing for improvements. 2. Master Lift Station and Forcemain Preliminary Design - Refine design concepts based on Collection System Masterplan Update, develop costs, and schedule sufficient to be used as part of the DES Grant application. 3. Permitting/Easements - Identify permitting and easement requirements (USACE, LHWRD, others) 4. Benefit Cost Analysis - Develop benefit cost analysis and supporting documentation. 5. Hazard Mitigation Application (BRIC Grant) - Develop application for full project to submit during the application window. Refer to the City of Mandan's website, under the "Bids & Request for Proposals" category for the entire RFP. Question Deadline: May 6th, 2022 Interviews (By Invite): Anticipate the week of May 23rd, 2022. Recommend Selection to City Commission: June 7th, 2022. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
