Questions Due Date: May 20th 2022, 2:00 PM CDT Refurbishment of Air Handling Units at Ben Taub Hospital Phase III for the Harris County Hospital District dba Harris Health System Estimated Budget - $11,000,000) This project includes a phased refurbishment to a total of ten (10) main air handling units serving Ben Taub Hospital: four (4) main heating/ return air handling units AHU-B-1B, AHU-B-2B, AHU-B-3B, and AHU-B-4B located within the Basement Equipment Room; three (3) main heating/ return air handling units AHU-P-1B, AHU-P-2B, and AHU-P-3B located within the Penthouse; and three (3) cooling units AHU-P-1A, AHU-P-2A, and AHU-P-3A, also located within the Penthouse. The work shall be substantially complete within eight hundred and fifty-one (851) calendar days after the date the contract time commences. Be sure your proposal package is complete. The purpose of this Work is for the Contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to provide new components for a total of ten (10) existing air handling units that serve the Ben Taub Hospital, located at 1504 Ben Taub Loop, Houston, Texas such that all specified components result in a complete and operational system in accordance with the Contract Documents.
