Question Submission Close Date 4/28/2022 4:31 PM MDT This courtesy posting is provided as notice of the State of Utah's intent to participate in the contract(s) resulting from Omnia Partners Request for Proposals (RFP) for Water Filtration in a solicitation lead by the University of California(Entity). This courtesy posting provides public notice that this solicitation has been issued and where to find additional participation information. The Entity's Procurement Services is the sole point of contact concerning this solicitation. All communication must be done through the Entity's Procurement Services. The Solicitation is issued under solicitation number UC Systemwide Water Filtration RFP. All addenda will also be posted and available to download at the same location. If assistance is needed to download, please contact the Entity Point of Contact listed in the solicitation. The RFP is scheduled to close on June 17, 2022 before 5:00 PM PST. It is the vendor's responsibility to monitor the Entity's posting for any extensions or modifications in their eProcurement System or method of posting. Do not submit questions or proposals through the Utah Public Procurement Portal. All questions and proposals must be submitted through the Entity's e-Procurement system or method of posting for consideration. Any questions or proposals submitted through the Utah Public Procurement Portal will not be answered or evaluated. If the State of Utah enters into a Participating Addendum with any awarded vendors, the Participating Addendum will be for the benefit of all Utah public entities, nonprofit organizations, and agencies of the federal government, i.e. State of Utah departments, agencies, and institutions, political subdivisions (colleges, universities, school districts, special service districts, cities and counties, etc.). The following Eligible Users are allowed to use the awarded contract(s): State of Utah's government departments, institutions, agencies, political subdivisions (i.e., colleges, school districts, counties, cities, etc.), and, as applicable, nonprofit organizations, agencies of the federal government, or any other entity authorized by the laws of the State of Utah to participate in State Cooperative Contracts will be allowed to use the awarded contract(s). Utah Vendors are encouraged to respond to the solicitation, even if they are only intending to provide the goods/services in the State of Utah. The State of Utah may or may not issue a separate statewide cooperative contract solicitation(s) and instead may sign a participating addendum with the vendors awarded under the -Entity's solicitation.
