Renovation of a municipal facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The scope of work shall consist of two separate operations including but not limited to the following: Removing the outer three feet of green roofing material around the City Council Building roof, preparint the outer three feet of perimeter roofing for installation of a safety rail system, ordering and installing a safety rail system around the roof per the City's specifications, cutting re-configuring the irrigation lines on the roof, installing a davit crane, possible installation of new cap on the parapet wall, and other work related to the installation of the safety rail system and reconfiguration of the green roof system. All bidders must be licensed and shall comply with all requirements of the State of Tennessee Contractor's Licensing Act. All questions must be submitted in writing and emailed to bidinfo@chattanooga.gov
