Perform Maintenance on Employee Restrooms and Law Enforcement Dispatch Space in Everglades National Park SYNOPSIS The Department of the Interior-National Park Service (NPS), Interior Region 2, South Atlantic Gulf intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to award a firm fixed price construction contract. It is the intent of this contract to provide professional, proficient and effective service in the maintenance of employee restrooms and the expansion of the law enforcement dispatch center within Everglades National Park (EVER) in Homestead, FL. The work includes providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation and supervision in accordance with the Statement of Work and Drawings that will conform part of the solicitation. This requirement is being prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36, Construction Contracts, and will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Code: 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, Standard Business Size is $39.5M. The solicitation including all bid documents will be posted to the website SAM.gov on or about 13 May 2022, if you have any registration questions please call their help desk at (800) 899- 6665. This solicitation (and any amendments) will be issued electronically only; no hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed or issued. To receive the solicitation package you must download it from one of the above sites. Therefore is the contractor's responsibility to check the internet site daily for any posted changes to the solicitation. Contractors must be registered in the SAM-System for Award Management in order to receive contract awards. A date and time for the site visit will be specified in the solicitation.
