Basis of Award: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) SIGNIFICANT EVENTS/DATES: SITE WALK IS MANDATORY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD ON THIS CONTRACT. The site walk is scheduled for May 10th , at 9:00am PDT. Contact Margo Jaime to RSVP for the site walk. The site walk is mandatory in order to submit a proposal for this project. SUBMISSION OF QUESTIONS/ RFIs: questions must be submitted by May 13th, 2022. Proposals must include: Signed SF1442 Detailed Price Breakdown and Schedule Bid bonds if your proposal is over $150,000.00 Certifications and Representations CONTRACT AWARD DATE: estimated to be on or about June 3 rd, 2022. PoP: 06/03/2022 - 12/31/2022 The estimated price range for the Project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to award a firm fixed price contract to remove and replace the carpeting on the 7th and 8th Floors of the John E. Moss Federal Building located at 650 Capitol Mall, Sacramento, CA 95814. A site walk is scheduled for 9:00am on Tuesday, May 10th, 2022 and attendance at the site walk is mandatory to be considered for award on this action.
