Renovation of a municipal facility in Seabrook, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Purchase order for glass curtain wall removal for the port of houston authority (pha) bayport cruise terminal, 4700 cruise road, seabrook, tx 77586; the area is a 80 ft x 40 ft tall glass curtain located on the second story of the unoccupied cruise terminal. Work will take place among escalators that will not be in operation during this project. Area is going to be with extrusions that will not exceed 20 ft in length. In the curtain wall there are 20 pieces of glass that are etched with the pha crest, it is imperative these are removed and not damaged; contractor must provide hookups and equipment, notably generators, if their equipment is not compatible with a standard 115volt, 15 amp circuit. Working hours are monday through friday 8 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 5 pm; proposer must be a certified glazier and experienced installer of commercial glass. All equipment will be provided by proposer; necessary manlifts must be rated for indoor use. Twic card identification is mandatory, see attached scope of work for pha requirements; rsvp by may 3, 22 with ms. Nola sears, 713-670-2848.
