Project consists of Asphalt repairs, slurry coat, striping, signage, and detectable warning devices at (2) School Sites: Ford Elementary School - 44210 Warner Trail, Indian Wells, CA 92210 Palm Desert Charter Middle School 74200 Rutledge Way, Palm Desert, CA 92260.The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the contract for the Work.The successful bidder will be required to either meet the DVBE goal of three percent (3%) participation or demonstrate its good faith effort to solicit DVBE participation in this Contract if it is awarded the contract for the Work.
