The general Facilities Maintenance and Operations Projects scope of services to be performed under this contract include the construction, alteration, repair or improvement of various Sound Transit properties including, but not limited to, Link Light Rail, Sounder, and Express Bus facilities and infrastructures. Work may include, but is not limited to: demolition, grading, underground and aerial utilities installation/relocation, interior/exterior building renovations, tenant improvements, sound insulation, mechanical, electrical, structural, road construction (asphalt), concrete work (curbs, gutters, sidewalks), signage, landscaping, etc. It is Sound Transit's intent that this contract will be utilized to perform primarily small and discrete jobs in accordance with RCW 39.10.450. Work Orders will be issued authorizing defined work to be performed. The maximum amount for individual Work Order including change order will not exceed the allowed amount in RCW 39.10.450 under any circumstances. The following subcontracting opportunities are provided for the Proposer's reference and are not inclusive of all subcontracting opportunities that may be available: site construction (grading, asphalt paving, utilities), concrete, masonry, metals, wood/plastics, thermal/moisture protection, doors/windows, finishes/painting, mechanical (including plumbing), electrical, landscaping, trucking.
