Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Martinsville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a 7,200-square-foot municipal facility.

The project involves a new 1-story county office building (7,200 SF) and site development including a new parking lot, stormwater detention system, and site amenities (site is approx. 0.93 acres). Construction is projected start late June 2022 and finish late April 2023. The project is tax exempt with no special bidding requirements. This is a Build Operate Transfer project (BOT). This project is a being developed by a private party and is not subject to public bidding requirements. Bid packages requested include: Testing & Inspections, Surveying, Building Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel & Misc. Steel, Rough Carpentry, Insulation, Roofing (asphalt shingles), Siding, Joint Sealants, Firestopping, Doors/Frames/Hardware Supply, Overhead Coiling Doors, Glass & Glazing, Fixed Louvers, Gypsum & Ceilings, Resilient Flooring & Carpeting, Tiling, Fabric-Wrapped Panels, Painting, Visual Display Surfaces, Plaques, Signage, Phenolic Toilet Compartments, Wall Protection, Toilet and Bath Accessories, Fire Extinguishers and Cabinets, Mobile Storage Shelving, Lock Box, Flagpoles, Roller Window Shades, Manufactured Plam Casework & Solid Surface Countertops, Site Furnishings, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Communications, Fire Alarm, Earthwork & Utilities (includes a stormwater detention system under the parking lot), Asphalt & Striping, Site Concrete, Chain Link Fences & Gates, Retaining Wall, Landscaping.
