Renovation of a water / sewer project in Taylor, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The project work includes the following: Installation of two new high service pumps, associated suction and discharge piping, control valves and fittings; Connecting new motors and instrumentation to the existing motor control center and instrumentation cabinet, respectively; Installation of an emergency stand-by generator and automatic transfer switch. The City has executed a procurement contract for the emergency stand-by generator and automatic transfer switch. The selected Contractor will be assigned the procurement contract, taking responsibility for receiving the equipment, equipment installation, and startup. An allowance in the bid form will cover all remaining costs related to this equipment, including shipping. The deadline to ask questions is 5/10/2022 5:00 PM CDT
