All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope being on the outside the Name of the Bidder, Bidder's address and the Name of the Project - "BEACH EXPRESS WATER EXTENSION PROJECT - WATER PIPE AND FITTINGS - MATERIAL". Bid Prices shall be valid for 60 days. A cashier's check or bid bond payable to the CITY OF ROBERTSDALE in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, must accompany the bidder's proposal. City of Robertsdale, Alabama reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and is not obligated to accept the low bid if, in its judgment, the low bidder's proposal is not equal in all respects to that of the other bidders, or should other considerations that have a bearing upon price, products or scheduling render it inadvisable to accept such a bid and to waive technical errors if, in their judgment, the best interest of the owner will thereby be promoted. The City of Robertsdale is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
