Renovation of a municipal facility in Dayton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of July 25, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. This project will modernize two existing passenger overhead traction type elevators and one hydraulic freight elevator at the One Stop Building located at 371 W. Second Street. This project will update the elevators including cab, hoistway equipment, installing latest code required safety features, machine room equipment, hoist machine and control, and necessary HVAC and electrical upgrades to support the new elevator and to meet current code requirements.
