The County of Tuolumne, through its Health and Human Services Agency, Behavioral Health Department (BH) is requesting proposals from community-based organizations qualified to provide prevention and mentoring services as part of the department's Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Primary Prevention program. The County intends to award one (1) contract to a successful applicant to this RFP.Deadline for receiving all questions 05/13/2022 A. Minimum Qualifications: Proposals must be submitted by community-based organizations located in or near Tuolumne County Knowledge of Tuolumne County demographics Experience with substance abuse and/or prevention programs in the public sector Experience working with federal and/or state-funded programs B. Other Desired Qualifications: Experience working with those who have mental health conditions and/or suffering from addictions. The term of this Agreement shall commence on July 1, 2022 and terminate on July 1, 2026 unless extended as provided by this Agreement.. Contractor shall be compensated for services performed in an amount not to exceed Seventy-five Thousand dollars ($75,000.00) per fiscal year. The Contractor's hourly rates are listed in Exhibit B, "Cost Proposal." The County shall pay Contractor within thirty (30) days of receipt of an approved invoice. County reserves the right to modify these requirements, including limits, based on the nature of the risk, prior experience, insurer, coverage, or other special circumstances.
