For 2022 Cold Milling and Resurfacing Project All bids must be received no later than submission deadline listed above. The City of Rome will not accept late bid submissions. There will be no pre-bid conference for this bid. All questions should be directed by email to Joseph Guiliano, Engineer II, Phone: (315)339-7627 at iguiliano@romecitygov.com before 12:00pm on May 6, 2022. Bids shall be accompanied by money order, certified check, or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid price, payable to the City Treasurer, City of Rome, Rome New York.
