Renovation of a municipal facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Kent County Road Commission is requesting proposals from qualified firms for the design, furnishing, and installation of office furniture for KCRCs new Central Complex that will be located at 1900 4 Mile Road NW Walker, MI 49534. The contract is for a five-year term with the awarded Respondent having exclusive rights, as well as a service agreement, for any additions and revisions to the KCRCs needs. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive irregularities therein, and to accept any proposals which, in the opinion of the Board, may be most advantageous and to the best interest of the Road Commission. The contract will be considered for award on June 14, 2022. KCRC reserves the right to retain proposals submitted and to use ideas from a proposal regardless of whether it is selected. Submission of a proposal indicates acceptance by the firm of the conditions contained in the request for proposal All questions must be emailed to purchasing@kentcountyroads.net by May 5, 2022, at 10:00 AM. KCRC will issue an addendum with the responses to those questions no later than May 10, 2022, at 3:00 PM.
