As of 5/4/2022, project has been canceled but the City intends to republish this solicitation Project Summary: The City of Houston (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to develop a strategic integrated water master plan for Houston Public Works. Pre-Proposal Questions Deadline: 5/17/2022@ 4:00 PM (CST) The City intends to enter into one contract with a qualified Proposer for terms appropriate for the circumstances, which may be for the duration of the project/services to be provided or a one (1) year term. MWBE Goal: 15.34% The Citys standard payment term is to pay 30 days after the receipt of invoice or receipt of goods or services, whichever is later, according to the requirements of the Texas Prompt Payment Act (Tx. Gov't Code, Ch. 2251). However, the City may pay in less than 30 days, at its option, in return for an early payment discount from the vendor The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
