Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Brownsville, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a 28,964-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Project includes construction of a new 2-story addition that will be attached to the end of the existing Phase I building. It will consist of a steel frame with metal stud commercial construction, brick and EIFS to match existing. The additions are approximately 28,964 sq. ft. The project will also include sitework, landscape, and interior finishes. Estimated construction budget is $5,800,000.00 Reference construction documents for Pre-Proposal Conference.
