Sealed bids to be filed with the Escambia County School District in the office of Facilities Planning, Room 158; 30 East Texar Drive, Pensacola, FL 32503, will be publicly opened and evaluated by the Escambia County School District in the Conference Room located in Facilities Planning on the date and times listed below for the construction of the following project: Bellview, Brown Barge and Warrington Middle Schools Exterior Coatings Project. PLEASE NOTE, A complete list of subcontractors to be used for these proje1cts shall be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours after the bid date and time listed above to the Office of Facilities Planning, 30 East Texar Dr., Room 158, Pensacola, FL 32503. Attention: M. Keith Wasdin, Director. Only bids from Pre-qualified Contractors will be accepted. Any bid received after the above-mentioned date and time will not be considered. The Owner reserves the right to waive formalities in the bidding and reject any/and or all bids.
