The City of Stillwater/Stillwater Utilities Authority is requesting proposals for agricultural haying of a tract of land located at the City of Stillwater Wastewater Treatment Plant, 2520 S Brush Creek Rd, Stillwater, OK 74074. The selected bidder will have two (2) weeks from notice to proceed to cut, bale, and remove the hay. The minimum proposal amount is $1.00 per bale. Proposals must meet the minimum to be considered.
