Per the owner, as of June 10, 2024, this project is in preliminary design. The owner states that they do not have a general contractor or a timeline for construction. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. .............. The SAN JACINTO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT is requesting Statements of Qualifications for professional design services of multiple Commercial Kitchen Upgrade projects. These projects may include major or minor renovations, replacement of commercial equipment, etc. Projects may require Division of State Architect plan approval, depending on the scope of work. The District has included a sample copy of its standard Professional Agreement as Exhibit A in the SOQ for information only. The final work scope and deliverables schedule is subject to negotiations between the District and the firm selected for the projects. The District may elect, at any time, to amend any contract awarded under this SOQ to require the selected firm to provide additional services. In such a case, the selected firm and the District shall mutually agree on the scope and fees associated with any additional services. Please reference Exhibit B for Insurance Requirements. In the spirit of total transparency, the District requires that the firm return the notarized Non-collusion Affidavit, as found in the SOQ, Attachment C, with submittal.
