Demolish existing concrete patio. Construct concrete patio, approximately 2,000 SF. COMPLETION: 120 Working Days LICENSE REQUIRED: A, B All questions during bidding must be emailed to jrasmussen@ebparks.org before 5:00 pm on May 12, 2022 If necessary, responses will be included in an addendum. No Bid will be considered unless accompanied by a guarantee in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid (including all alternates), which shall be either a BID BOND in the form attached to the Formal Bid Proposal written by a surety satisfactory to the District in its sole discretion, a certified or cashier's check made payable to the District, or a cash deposit. Each bid shall include all charges for furnishing a Performance Bond (100% of the bid) and a Labor/Materials Payment Bond (100% of the bid). The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids including unbalanced bids, to waive any informality in bids and to accept or reject any items of a bid.
